What is the difference between ordinary aluminum sheet and aluminum sublimation sheet?
Ordinary aluminum sheet does not automatically have a surface suitable for dye sublimation printing. Aluminum sublimation sheet has a specially prepared printable coating designed to receive sublimation dyes during heat transfer.
Which finish is best for photo printing?
High glossy white is commonly selected for photographic work because the white background provides strong contrast and the gloss gives the finished image a bright appearance. Matte, pearl, brushed and mirror surfaces create different visual effects, so the best choice depends on the artwork and target product.
What thicknesses are commonly available?

Can aluminum sublimation sheets be used outdoors?
Outdoor performance should not be assumed from the term “sublimation aluminum” alone. Service life depends on the coating system, ink, exposure, UV conditions, weather and installation environment. If outdoor durability is critical, state the exposure requirement in the RFQ and approve a suitable material specification before ordering.
Is protective film available?
Yes. Protective film can be discussed according to the finish and handling requirement. The film on the printable face must be completely removed before heat pressing.
