Worthwill manufactures and supplies mirror finish aluminum sheet and mirror aluminum coil for lighting reflectors, decorative panels, signage, appliance components and OEM fabrication. The highly reflective surface provides a bright, mirror-like metallic appearance in sheet or coil form.
Our published supply range covers 1050, 1060 and 1100 aluminum alloys, typically H24 temper or other confirmed conditions, with 0.25–3.0 mm thickness and 30–1550 mm width. Sheet length, slitting, protective film and surface finish are specified to match the application.
Selected mirror finishes are quoted with approximately 86–95% reflectivity, depending on the surface system and measurement method. For optical or lighting projects, total and specular reflectance requirements should be agreed separately and confirmed against a sample.
Send us the required sheet or coil form, alloy, temper, thickness, width, sheet length or coil details, mirror finish, surface protection, quantity and end use. Worthwill can review the specification and arrange sample confirmation before bulk production.
Mirror finish aluminum sheet and coil are flat-rolled aluminum products with a specially finished surface that produces a bright, mirror-like reflection. They are also known as mirror polished aluminum sheet, mirrored aluminium coil or reflective aluminum sheet. They are used when surface appearance or controlled light reflection matters alongside low weight and practical forming performance.
Henan Worthwill Industry Co., Ltd. supplies mirror aluminum in cut sheets, full-width coils and application-specific slit widths. Typical orders use 1050, 1060 or 1100 alloy. The choice between sheet and coil depends on the customer’s processing line, finished part dimensions, handling method and surface protection requirements.
A visually bright surface does not automatically meet an optical reflector specification. For appearance-sensitive and lighting projects, confirm the approved sample, reflectivity measurement, forming conditions and permitted surface defects before production.

These are the published supply dimensions for this product, not a guarantee that every alloy, temper, width and surface treatment can be combined. Reflectivity depends on the finishing system and test conditions; request confirmation for each order.
Mirror finish aluminum starts with a suitable aluminum substrate and receives controlled rolling, polishing or other surface finishing to produce a smooth, reflective face. Depending on the application, an anodized or transparent protective finish may be specified to improve durability and help retain appearance.
It is different from ordinary mill finish aluminum, which retains the natural rolled surface, and from brushed aluminum, which has visible directional grain. Mirror aluminum emphasizes a bright, comparatively specular reflection; it should not be treated as a direct replacement for glass mirrors where image sharpness and distortion control are critical.
For customers comparing raw substrate and decorative finishing, see 1060 mill finish aluminum sheet and coil and brushed aluminum sheet and coil.
Choose sheet when finished dimensions and panel handling are the main priorities; choose coil when your production process benefits from continuous feed. The visible surface needs suitable protection in either form.
For applications where the anodic layer is the principal requirement, refer to our anodized aluminum sheet and coil range. Unlike removable shipping film, a permanent protective surface treatment is intended to remain on the finished product.
H24 is the temper listed on Worthwill’s existing product specification. Softer or harder tempers may be evaluated for bending, stamping and other operations, but a given temper is not automatically available with every mirror finish. Select the alloy and temper together with the minimum bend radius and visual acceptance standard.
Worthwill’s existing mirror aluminum listing quotes an approximate reflectivity range of 86–95% for selected products. This should not be read as a guaranteed value for every alloy, color or coating. Measurement wavelength, instrument geometry, surface protection, and whether the result is total or specular reflectance all affect the reported figure.
Total reflectance includes reflected light measured under the defined test arrangement.
Specular reflectance describes the more directional, mirror-like component. A sheet can look glossy to the eye yet perform differently in a precision lighting reflector.
For LED reflectors, lighting components or solar-related equipment, provide the required optical test method and target values. We recommend a physical sample and an agreed inspection method before placing a volume order.
For building envelopes requiring engineered cladding systems rather than a decorative sheet alone, see our aluminum facade cladding panel solutions.
Surface protection is especially important for mirror polished aluminum. Keep the material clean and dry during storage, avoid abrasive contact, and do not assume that a removable film provides permanent weather resistance.
The aluminum substrate can be specified against an applicable material standard such as ASTM B209 when agreed. The mirror appearance, reflectivity and any anodized or coated finish require their own product-specific acceptance conditions; base-metal compliance alone does not certify an optical grade.
To obtain a useful price and production recommendation, send the material specifications together rather than requesting only “mirror aluminum.”

Yes. Worthwill supplies mirror finish aluminum in sheet and coil form, with cut-to-length or slit dimensions subject to the order specification.
No. The 86–95% range is a published reference for selected finishes, not a guaranteed result for every product. Confirm the test method and required value for optical applications.
It can be processed when the alloy, temper, bend radius and protective system are suitable. For visible finished parts, approve a formed sample before mass production.
Some specially finished and protected grades can be evaluated for outdoor or optical use. Standard decorative mirror aluminum should not automatically be assumed to have the required weathering or spectral performance.
No. Mirror finish aluminum is specified for its reflective metallic surface. Mirror-finish sublimation aluminum sheet has a dedicated coating for dye sublimation printing and should be selected when image transfer is the purpose.
