Worthwill supplies stucco embossed aluminum sheet and coil with a fine, non-directional orange peel texture for industrial insulation, refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, appliance panels, architectural interiors and general fabrication. The embossed surface helps reduce glare and makes minor handling marks less noticeable while retaining the lightweight, corrosion-resistant and formable characteristics of aluminum.
Available in sheet and coil form, the standard production range is 0.25–3.0 mm thickness × 100–1500 mm width × C, with cut-to-length sheets available according to order requirements. Typical alloy options include 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3105 and 5052. Mill finish, color-coated and other surface requirements can be confirmed according to the intended application.
Stucco embossed aluminum is aluminum sheet or coil that passes through patterned embossing rollers to create a fine, irregular surface similar to stucco or orange peel. It is therefore also commonly searched for as orange peel embossed aluminum sheet or orange peel aluminum coil.
Unlike aluminum checkered plate, which uses larger regular patterns primarily for grip and flooring applications, stucco embossing creates a much finer, non-directional texture. The surface is commonly selected when buyers need a textured appearance, lower visual glare, better concealment of small handling marks or an aluminum surface suited to insulation, appliance and decorative panel applications.

Stucco embossed aluminum coil is generally preferred for continuous manufacturing processes. It is suitable for coil slitting, roll forming, insulation jacketing production, appliance manufacturing and other applications where long continuous material improves production efficiency.
Stucco embossed aluminum sheet is more convenient when the material will be cut, bent, fabricated or installed as individual panels. Sheets can be supplied cut to the required length according to the final component or processing method.
If you are unsure which form is more suitable, send us the finished dimensions, fabrication method and application. Worthwill can help confirm whether coil or cut-to-length sheet is the more practical supply form.
1050 / 1060 / 1100: These 1xxx-series aluminum grades offer good formability and corrosion resistance and are commonly considered for insulation, refrigeration and general fabricated products where high strength is not the primary requirement.
3003 / 3105: These 3xxx-series alloys provide higher strength than commercially pure 1xxx-series aluminum while maintaining good forming characteristics. They are widely used for HVAC components, insulation systems, appliance panels and architectural applications.
5052: This 5xxx-series alloy provides higher mechanical strength and is selected when the finished part requires stronger material or will be used in more demanding fabrication or service conditions.
Alloy and temper should be selected according to forming requirements, finished-part strength, service environment and any applicable project specification rather than by surface pattern alone.
Stucco embossing describes the physical surface texture of the aluminum. The finished product can be supplied with different surface systems according to the application.
For thermal insulation projects that require an inner moisture barrier, stucco embossing and moisture-barrier construction should be specified separately. See Aluminum Insulation Jacketing with Polysurlyn Moisture Barrier or Aluminum Insulation Jacketing with Polykraft Moisture Barrier for application-specific jacketing products.

Stucco embossed aluminum can be used as an aluminum substrate for insulation cladding and jacketing systems. The textured surface reduces the visibility of minor installation marks and provides a clean industrial appearance. Where a moisture barrier is required, the backing system should be specified as part of the finished jacketing construction.
Orange peel embossed aluminum sheet and coil are commonly used for refrigerator, freezer, cold-room and refrigeration-equipment panels because the surface is lightweight, corrosion resistant and less visually sensitive to small marks than smooth aluminum.
Stucco aluminum coil and sheet can be fabricated into HVAC housings, duct-related components, equipment panels and insulation-protection parts.
The fine textured finish is suitable for equipment housings, cabinet panels and appliance components where a clean, consistent aluminum surface is required.
Stucco embossed aluminum can also be used for ceiling panels, wall panels, interior cladding and decorative components when the design requires a fine textured metallic finish rather than a completely smooth surface.
Depending on alloy, temper and finished-part requirements, embossed aluminum can be fabricated for vehicle interior panels, equipment covers and other lightweight industrial components.

Henan Worthwill Industry Co., Ltd. supplies aluminum sheet, coil and processed aluminum materials for industrial buyers, distributors and manufacturers. With more than 18 years of aluminum manufacturing experience, we support customized alloy, temper, thickness, width and surface requirements together with coil slitting, cut-to-length processing, production inspection and export packaging.
For stucco embossed aluminum orders, our team can confirm the material specification according to the required product form, fabrication method and end application rather than treating all embossed aluminum as the same product.
Yes. In this product category, “stucco embossed” and “orange peel embossed” are commonly used to describe the same fine, irregular surface texture. Buyers may therefore encounter terms such as stucco aluminum sheet, orange peel aluminum sheet or orange peel aluminum coil.
Yes. Worthwill supplies both stucco embossed aluminum sheet and coil. Coil is useful for continuous production, slitting and roll forming, while sheets are convenient for cut-to-size fabrication and panel applications.
The standard production range for this product page is 0.25–3.0 mm in thickness and 100–1500 mm in width. Material can be supplied in coil form or cut to sheet length according to the order.
Typical options include 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3105 and 5052. The suitable grade depends on forming requirements, required strength, operating environment and the final application.
Yes. Color-coated stucco embossed aluminum can be discussed when a specific color or decorative surface is required. The coating system, color, gloss and other surface requirements should be confirmed before production.
Yes. Stucco embossed aluminum is commonly used as an outer metal surface for insulation systems. If the project requires a polysurlyn or polykraft moisture barrier, the backing construction should also be specified rather than ordering only the embossed aluminum substrate.
